~Forest~

The forest floor intrigues me the most with its network of roots, insects, and organic matter which extend beneath its surface. Working with all natural fibers of silk and wool and a series of resists, I have created a multi-layered felted portrayal of the life below the surface of the forest floor. In “Forest Floor” an old tree stump decays, providing nutrients to the hidden roots beneath the moss covered forest floor.  SOLD
