Indigo Block Printed Project Bag
This sweet little project bag is perfect for holding your small fiber project. The drawstring closure helps keeps items tucked inside the bag. The bag comes in two sizes! The bag measures slightly less than 8×10 inches or 10×12 inches. There may be slight shrinkage in the dye process.
Each cotton bag is hand dyed with indigo and then hand printed with a cute Gotland sheep block using a fabric ink.
These bags were initially made for the Norwegian Hat Knitting Kit that will be available at the VT Sheep and Wool Festival and the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in October. So many people requested the project bag, Kim is making a few bags available by themselves.
With this puchase, you are put on a waiting list to recieve one project bag. Please note, that this is not the knitting kit but just the bag. Kim hopes to ship the project bags no later than the end of October.

This sweet one of a kind Gotland wool felted bag is hand felted using our own wool from our flock of Gotland sheep. The bag is wet felted using a resist and then the whimsical design is needle felted onto the bag. The bag is then lightly wet felted to secure the design in place, molded into shape and allowed to dry. Lastly, a woven cross body strap is attached for easy carry and a buckle to keep your contents secure. Start to finish, it takes about 6 hours to complete the bag. This tote is Vermont made, right here on our own farm.
The bag measures approximately 12 inches wide at the top and 8 inches at the bottom. It is 12 inches tall. The bag has an inside pocket and even a pocket on the outside back that is the perfect size for a cell phone. It is quite roomy inside and perfect for your project or as a roomy purse.

Start to finish, it takes about 5 hours to complete the bag.
The bag measures approximately 16 inches wide by 11 inches tall. It is quite roomy inside and perfect for your project or to take to market or to pack for a picnic. A large button and loop allow you to close the top of the bag.

The bag is then lightly wet felted to secure the design in place, molded into shape and allowed to dry. Lastly, leather handles are attached with with stitching. Start to finish, it takes about 5 hours to complete the bag. This tote is Vermont made, right here on our own farm.
The bag measures approximately 12 inches wide across the top of the bag and 8 inches across the bottom. It is 13 inches tall giving you plenty of room inside. It is perfect for your project or to take to market or to pack for a picnic.
