~Birch~

Each day, I walk on the forest paths and am inspired by the beauty of the woods. I often go with camera in hand to capture the many colors, patterns and textures encapsulated within the bark, roots, mosses, and young saplings. I am in awe of the tall towering trees that touch the sky. Each started as a small seed fallen and covered by soil. “Birch” tells the story of one birch, which started from a single seed pod, and grew into a mature tree, taking its place deep within the forest.
