These sweet little mug rugs or trivets have been hand felted with our own Gotland wool. Each one is uniquely different. The faces are hand stitched and faces are wet felted into the body giving character and personality to each one. The curls are machine stitched swirls. Some have multiple swirls stitched for curls and some have one big swirl in the middle of their body. We currently have dark charcoal grey colored sheep mug rugs available.

Felted Gotland Wool Clutch Purse
Felted Gotland Wool Clutch Purse
This sweet one of a kind Gotland wool felted clutch purse is hand felted using our own wool from our flock of Gotland sheep. The bag is wet felted using a series of resists to create a seamless purse with an inside pocket. A whimsical design of flowers is needle felted onto the outside of the purse as well as the inner pocket. The bag is lightly wet felted to secure the design in place, molded into shape and allowed to dry. Lastly, a crossbody leather strap is attached for easy carry and a leather snap to keep your contents secure. Start to finish, it takes about 5 hours to complete the bag. This tote is Vermont made, right here on our own farm.
The bag measures approximately 11 inches wide by 8 inches tall. It is quite roomy inside. Dress it up for an evening clutch or carry it with jeans and a t-shirt for everyday use. It could also be used to hold your small tablet.

Start to finish, it takes about 5 hours to complete the bag.
The bag measures approximately 16 inches wide by 11 inches tall. It is quite roomy inside and perfect for your project or to take to market or to pack for a picnic. A large button and loop allow you to close the top of the bag.
